Naparima College came from behind in a composed but urgent second half display to win the Boys Coca-Cola South Zone InterCol title as they triumphed over Presentation College San Fernando as 3-2 winners in their clash at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella, yesterday.
It was the quintessential tale of two halves, as “Pres” looked on their way to causing a major upset the first period, only for Naparima to turn the match upside down in the second half with three goals clinically converted on the counter attack. Terell Williams netted a second for Presentation in stoppage time, but it was too little too late for “Pres” as the whistle blew seconds after.
