Roxborough Secondary were declared official League champions of the Tobago Zone of the Trinidad and Tobago Secondary Schools Football Association Senior Division League Championship tournament with one game outstanding.
The Roxborough team played their final game earlier in the week in a game of academic importance only and a little bragging rights with a victory giving them a perfect 100% winning record.
Winning the Division earned them the right to be promoted and play in the Championship Division next year and an opportunity to compete in this year's prestigious Inter-Col tournament.
Roxborough's Senior Division team's League Championship title has made it the best year for the school in the Tobago Zone since its inception to the League as their girls team also won the League championship title, giving the school two zonals titles in a year, a first.
