GEORGIA gritted out a 0-0 draw with Stokely Vale in the Premier League of the Tobago Football Association.

And the Georgia men seem assured of the title following Wednesday’s result.

They currently lead the standings with 45 points, nine more than the defending champions Vale, although they have a game in hand.

Georgia need another four points to put themselves out of reach of The Vale who must win their remaining four games to be in with a shout of keeping their title.

Meanwhile, Charlotteville Unifiers smashed Roxborough Lakers 5-2 with Akiba Murphy scoring a double, Edson Marcelle, Oba Burris and Kervin McKenna the other goals. Affiba McKenna and Davarel McPherson got goals for Lakers. St Clair’s Coaching School kept in third position with a 3-1 triumph over Castara Retreats Goal City.

Keon Price scored twice and Carron Williams the other goal for Coaching School while Kenyon Manswell scored the consolation.

Black Rock United went top of the Conference Big Seven series shutting out Youth Stars United 2-0 on gooals by Michael Carrington and Adrian Morris, also on Wednesday.
